Instructional Objectives:
This course will work with the parish staff member responsible for entering and managing the family directory in the parish. Users will learn:
- How to access the remote database
- Searching in the family directory
- Demographic data reporting
- Adding a family and member to the record
- Adding a sacramental record
NOTE: This course is hands-on and has a class limit. The Information Technology Department has 18 laptops for users, additional users might be asked to provide their own laptop.
