Instructional Objectives:
Microsoft Publisher is a desktop publishing program designed for simple multipage documents. While similar to word, Publisher allows users to design multipage documents using independent components such as text frames, clip art frames, and drawing objects. In this course, users will learn the functions of the program to create a church bulletin. These functions will include:
- Creating and editing a text frame
- Formatting and wrapping text
- Formatting columns
- Importing text / files from another program
- Inserting graphics (clip art, pictures, and drawings)
- Creating word art, inserting
- Selecting and manipulating objects.
