Instructional Objectives:
To help ensure the technology in schools are operational, each school has been assigned an Educational Technology Coordinator. These coordinators are to go to person if any problem asires in the school and are responsible for contacting the Information Technology department if a problem occurs. Minor issues that occur in schools, we expect the Educational Technology Coordinator to solve. In this course, Educational Technology Coordinators will learn:
- How to power cycle a router and cable modem
- Disjoin and join computers within their network
- Adding new users to active directory
- Anti-virus Maintenance
- Understanding operational units
- Understanding your backup units
- Understanding your campus wireless
